Mix dry and wet ingredients separately than mix together.
Place oatmeal in baking dishes. To bake the oatmeal I used two 6-inch diameter ramekin bowls. A nonstick baking dish with a nine inch diameter will also work well. Be sure to spray with cooking oil before baking.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the top is browned, as seen in the picture.
I like to eat my oatmeal with coconut milk. It would also be delicious with fresh berries & yogurt.
