Beef Chorizo

Servings 2 LBS

Ingredients
  

  • 2 LBS Ground Beef
  • 3 TBSP Smoked Paprika
  • 3 TBSP Chili Powder
  • 1.5 TBSP Garlic Granules
  • 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1.5 tsp Cumin
  • 1.5 tsp Coriander
  • 2 tsp Oregano dried
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 2.5 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Mix all spices and apple cider vinegar, then mix with ground beef. Double or triple the recipe and freeze to use later for your favorite meals.
  • To cook, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the chorizo. Use a spatula to cut it into small pieces as it's cooking, takes about 6-8 minutes for the meat to cook completely through. One can also make the uncooked chorizo into patties and then cook like a burger and use for breakfast sandwiches.
