Mix all spices and apple cider vinegar, then mix with ground beef. Double or triple the recipe and freeze to use later for your favorite meals.
To cook, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the chorizo. Use a spatula to cut it into small pieces as it's cooking, takes about 6-8 minutes for the meat to cook completely through. One can also make the uncooked chorizo into patties and then cook like a burger and use for breakfast sandwiches.
