Make sure meat is completely unthawed, place in medium sized bowl.
Push meat to one side of the bowl. Mix gluten free bread crumbs, spices, parsley, onions, yellow mustard, horse radish, garlic, worchestirshire sauce and parsley in the other half of the bowl.
Lightly beat eggs and mix with bread crumb mixture. Than mix with ground beef.
My favorite way to cook burgers is to either grill them or cook them in a cast iron pan. Make eight equal sized burger, place a dent using a thumb in the middle of each burger to prevent the burgers from bloating up in the middle.
Some of my favorite sauces to smear on the hamburger buns are fresh herb aioli and/or basil pesto.
Favorite toppings: Tomatoes, lettuce, bacon, cheese and pickles.
