GARLIC ROASTED CARROTS WITH FRESH HERBS

Ingredients
  

  • 2 LBS carrots
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • olive oil Use to drizzle over carrots
  • 2 TBSP Parsley Chopped
  • Couple Springs Fresh Thyme

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • I don't think it's necessary to peel the carrots before roasting them, usually I just scrap off some of the skin and any bad parts.
  • Drizzle carrots with plenty of olive oil. Sprinkle with spices.
  • Roast carrots for 30-45minutes, depending on the size of the carrots. Check carrots every 10 minutes for doneness.
  • Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, thyme & serve!
