PUMPKIN SPICE CREAMER

Made with creamy homemade coconut milk & pumpkin pie spice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 2 TBSP Pumpkin Pureed If you are buying the canned pumpkin, make sure that it's the plain pumpkin without any added spices.

Instructions
 

  • You can either buy coconut milk or make your own. See my simple recipe for coconut milk in a previous post. Place the prepared plain coconut milk & all other ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend on high for one minute.
  • I like to store my creamer in a sealed glass mason jar and it stays fresh refrigerated for up to a week.
