PUMPKIN SPICE CREAMER
Made with creamy homemade coconut milk & pumpkin pie spice

- 2 Cups Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 2 TBSP Pumpkin Pureed If you are buying the canned pumpkin, make sure that it's the plain pumpkin without any added spices.
You can either buy coconut milk or make your own. See my simple recipe for coconut milk in a previous post. Place the prepared plain coconut milk & all other ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend on high for one minute.
I like to store my creamer in a sealed glass mason jar and it stays fresh refrigerated for up to a week.
